These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of POS Platform's services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

POS Platform provides a cloud-based point-of-sale and inventory management system designed for multi-branch retail operations. Our services include:

  • Point-of-sale transaction processing
  • Inventory management and tracking
  • Multi-branch operations management
  • Sales analytics and reporting
  • User and staff management

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Store Owner Approval

New store registrations require approval by our administration. We reserve the right to approve or reject any store registration at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data. We process your data solely to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POS Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POS Platform from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
